Renewal

I heard the greatest little tidbit last weekend in yoga:

When we do savasana at the end of our practice, we symbolize death ["corpse pose"]. Following, we roll to our side and rest for a moment in a fetal position. And then, we rise up to sit. We die, and then we are born again!

I never realized that simple analogy, but I am so pleased to know now.
